Turning Visions Into Results, and Results Into Brighter Futures

The Spark Behind Future4Females

Meet Our Founder

Ayat Majid, Founder of Future4Females

Hi, I'm Ayat Majid!

The spark for this nonprofit came straight from my homeland Kashmir, where I saw young women I cared about struggle with something as fundamental as accessing healthcare. Those experiences stayed with me, because they were happening within my own community.

Watching that 4 years ago shaped me, and it planted the question that still drives me today: What can I do, even in a small way, to make this better?

I come from is a place of care, persistence, and a belief that small steps can create lasting impact. Starting Future4Females was my way of turning that belief into action.

Outside of this work, I'm a student with a love for science, medicine, and activism, and someone who will never turn down a good cup of tea! My hope is that through this nonprofit, I can connect with others who share the same vision: opening more doors for girls worldwide, little by little, every day.
